Parrish Plessis - Character Model Maya, mental ray, Photoshop March 2009
This is the lead character of a team project that I was apart of in my class. She is a character based from the trilogy book set "Nylon Angel", written by australian author Marianne de Pierres. I was responsible for the whole process of modelling, UVing, texturing/shading, rigging and rendering her.
The mesh was created in maya with polys, and textures were hand painted in photoshop. Maya MR's 'misss_fast_shader' was utilized in the creation of her skin shader. Rendered with mental ray.
